Haha! I love this secret, OP!

I sing this song quite often too...though there usually isn't a reason for it. I just walk around the house singing it.

Y'know, I just might try this sometime. There's something really powerful about this song in particular that really speaks to me, I'm surprised I haven't thought about using it for motivation.

Same here. It really captures my feelings well because it starts with, "I just want to find a deep cave and nobody will find me for a thousand years," but then unlike me he actually quickly moves on to "well, this isn't only my fault" and "hey, I went and did my best, and actually did some cool stuff!" and then finally "welp, I'm gonna go fix everything now." It's a very positive emotional transformation.

This is great, OP! I do this too, not with this song but with tons of other animated movies, both happy and sad.

This secret has made my morning because OMG ME TOO. It always just pops into my head when I'm feeling crap about something and then I get to that line and start to feel better :3

I adore this song and that scene for this very reason. In fact, I feel like listening to it now!

I always thought that this was probably the most underrated of all the Nightmare before Christmas songs. There's just something really powerful about this song and I think it sadly gets overlooked.
