(Anonymous) 2011-11-25 09:01 pm (UTC)(link)The image boards on 4chan used to be a place I could go to reliably get filthy images without running the risk of encountering shouta, guro, or scat. It used to be, well, an /image/ board, will lots of pictures and a minimum of text to sort through.
However, I stopped frequenting it for a few months (maybe a few years? how time does fly) and when I went back I found, to my horror, that posters had apparently turned the place into a mutual group therapy/sharing time circle. Now any given thread is about half images, accompanied by several thousand words of My Personal Turn-ons. It really just makes me want to go STOP TALKING STOP TALKING AHHHH NOBODY CARES ABOUT YOUR THOUGHTS ON DIRTY DISOBEDIENT SUBS except unfortunately, it seems that somebody does. =(
Sifting through the paragraphs of text (usually rife with porno-style dirty talk) is usually quite enough to kill my metaphorical boner.
