How about we stop speculating about other people's weight/health?

I'm just saying. Being skinny doesn't necessarily = unhealthy, just like being fat doesn't necessarily = unhealthy. If this secret were about someone looking "too fat" it would get a lot of rage. More importantly, it's really none of our business.

But too skinny does = unhealthy. And being too fat = unhealthy too. I mean there are a few people that are naturally extremely skinny like that girl that can't gain weight ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VoVuziEy5qI ) but she has a medical condition also which means she isn't healthy- it's not her fault but she isn't healthy, poor girl. =( The too thin and too fat thing gets a lot of rage, but if you're too fat you're prolly eating too much and your diet is bad or you have a health condition. No one wants to admit that but if you're too fat, you're eating too much whether it's emotional eating or an eating disorder or both, or need to get a medical condition checked. If you're too thin, you're not eating enough, whether it's out of picky eating, dietary needs, an eating disorder, weight watching, or forgetting to eat. Neither should be judged, but can't hide the truth.

Some of those point have merit, but I find 1) dangerous. That's just taking research out of context. Brown fat is good for you, but that is not the fat than accumulates around people's midrifs at all. Fat people arent fat with brown fat. I'm sorry, i just think she's just wrong on all the science there.
