Lately Parks and Recreation has been making me happy.

Chi's Sweet Home! It is about a kitten and it is wonderful.

Batman the Brave and the Bold always cheers me up! I mean, it has a couple of sad episodes but even those end up being fairly heartwarming.

plus it gave us this awesome, innuendo laden song (written by Gail Simone even!):

AQUAMAN'S rousing song of heroism always makes me happy too (plus there's a brief scene of AQUAMAN dressed as Black Canary which is hilarious)

Whenever I'm angry/unhappy, I watch this. Perhaps it's more effective than my prozac.

All of How I Met Your Mother is a flashback to the years before a happy ending/beginning of a love story.

It's already been "spoiled" for us through loads of flashforwards to later in the season, or a couple years down the road, or to the year 2020, or 2021, or 2026 or 2029, when everyone's in their 40s and 50s, that the "Mother" in question really is wonderful, the cutest couple on the show will still be married, and the whole gang will still be thick as thieves, and close enough to sneak around smoking joints in the hallway at their 20-year college reunion and for the main character's kids to call them "Aunt" and "Uncle" in the year 2030.

And they're not just these frivolous possible imagine spots of the future -- it's canon, except the show will obviously end before the year 2030, so we just won't see it all. There's something so amazingly warm and comforting about that.

It is pretty much guaranteed to end happily, but the recent dramatic developments might be hard on someone looking for a feel-good show. But overall, yes, I agree.

Fullmetal Panic: Fumoffu! is a spinoff series of Fullmetal Panic that is entirely filler, and it's all hilarious. Don't check out the main series because in a few parts depressing and it has story arcs, but the filler-only show has basically no plot beyond "let's throw these serious characters in hilarious situations."
