Heh, to be honest, his 'race' never occurred to me. After a certain point I figured he was like a darker skinned version of me (I'm "ambiguously brown", as it's often difficult for people to tell my race just from looking at me). I figured his skin would have to be at least a certain level of dark to really work the gold eyeliner...but then again, this is a city where people can dye their skin green and be surgically altered to look like cats. Race/skin doesn't really seem all that important in light of that. For all we know, whatever Cinna's actual skin color is, he just dyed it dark so he could use the gold eyeliner. ;)
