12. People who act like Pairing A is more worthy and valid than Pairing B just because it's canon (either according to the manga-ka or the fanbase) annoy the crap out of me. Yes, I know Kyo/Tohru is canon beyond canon, I still ship Tohru/Yuki and Kyo/Kagura. I'm allowed to.

6. I've always wondered what happens if an otakin meets another otakin who claims to be soulbonded to 'their' character - do they have to duke it out on the Astral Plane or something to settle the matter? - but that's a really good question.

13. OHGODYES. I've said it before and I'll say it again - being generally inclined to be friendly, personable and optimistic doesn't make a character an idiot by default. I get so sick of the way fandom idolizes the brooding, gothy angst-bunnies and treats them like they're somehow superior in every way to the characters who actually SHUT UP AND (try to) DEAL WITH THEIR PROBLEMS instead of wallowing in their own misery all the time. There is nothing shallow about being pleasant!

12. I'd tell you to not pay attention to it, but sometimes you just can't not look, I've chosen to not be a part of this fandom because I'm so fucking tired of ship-wars, debates about ship, ship induced character hatred, etc.

It's not worth it, and in the end what matters is how good the material is, to me an awesome anime/manga/show leaves a good memory regardless of whether your ship was made canon or not.

And Bleach is a shounen, not shoujo, so even if there is some romance in the future, I'm guessing it'd be extremely subtle.

To #9: Have you met #5? (And I actually like FFVII; it's just the legions of bad fans that have made me wary of it over the years, starting with the jerk-off who first told me about the game by showing me that scene at the end of Disc 1.)

To #26: I don't call it a book. I call it a very long 'fic. If it was a book, 250,000 words is long enough for three or four actual books.

1. i can half relate. my friends will always be the most important... but a big part of me WANTS to be uebr popular... and i think, a crapload of random IMs and stupid people bothering me everyday for art trades and people who hate me cus im popular? HECK YES PLZ.

but its partly because i would wanna be the opposite of a lot of popular people. I'd wanna be approachable, kind, not apathetic, friends with NOT popular people. some of them are just so intimidating..

9. I don't get why now it's the thing to do. I loved VII for various reasons. The mentality of VII is so overrated really seems to be a newer mentality, because for years most of what everyone was saying was how awesome it was. I dunno ... maybe I just didn't notice it as much as I do now.
