I'm a Zutara fan, and while I admit I only recently got into the fandom, I haven't seen any batshit insane ones. oAo Most of the ones I've seen/met don't care if it becomes canon, actually, and a lot of us are multishippers. Maybe you've just encountered some of the really bad ones? XD
