There's no Hilson + kissing involved together. The kiss involved Foreman and some anorectic woman who's cheating on her husband. House and Wilson tried to out-prank each other, as usual. Nothing unusual.

That occasionally happens to me when a character makes some sort of insanely clever deduction that's based on actual evidence in the show (i.e. not a total ass-pull), but then I have an intelligence kink.
