I will recommend Maiden Rose forever and ever, and anything by Inariya-sensei really. They're not for the faint of heart (dub-con/non-con + violence warning right here), but the stories and feelings are amazing. The plot can't live without the sex scenes and the sex scenes won't make sense without the plot. Maiden Rose is literally the best yaoi manga I have ever read, full of complexity and intensity and of course gorgeous artwork. I'm buying the English volumes for myself this Christmas =)
