I don't read an awful lot of BL, but here are a few recs.

Merry Family Plan by Sumitomo Morizumi - It's a very nice slice-of-life collection of short stories that deals with romantic/sexual issues in a really refreshing way, not just in regards to BL but romantic manga in general. The characters actually discuss sex and their fetishes and it doesn't have a seme/uke dynamic.

Red Blinds the Foolish by est em - Absolutely gorgeously drawn manga set in the world of bullfighting. I thought all the characters were quite realistic.

I've also enjoyed pretty much everything I've read by Fumi Yoshinaga, BL or otherwise.
