what a sad moment it is

to say "what could have been..."

Well, I don't necessarily agree that it would have blown Japanese sentai out of the water, I do think it would have been incredibly awesome and amazing and I genuinely lament that this never got to be a real thing.

Is it true that it got cancelled because Sentai otaku were claiming that the suits looked like plagarism and the sponsers withdrew out of fear?

If so, pity. I mean, how different can all these Sentai armored people look, anyway? There's not too much variation you can do with them.

Not sure - don't think anyone actually knows 'why' it got cancelled. It was meant to air late 2010 and just never did.

I don't think it was cause of plagarism though. It was commissioned because of the popularity of sentai in Korea. Kind of like how Mystic Knights of Tir Na Nog was an attempt to cash in on the popularity of Power Rangers, so that would seem a strange reason.
