That would have been pretty cool.

I just wish I could get into City! I looooooved Asylum, have played it over countless times. But I haven't gotten more than 7% into City. I just... don't like it. And I really really want to =(

Does anyone else feel the same? Please tell me someone does! Because all I ever see if undying love for the game.

I think it's an amazing game and I love it to pieces, but yeah, I agree. I just can't seem to get into it like I did Asylum. I can't really explain it, but it just doesn't feel the same to me. I keep meaning to finish it, and really do intend to do so one day, but there are eleventy billion other games right now (the main one being Skyrim) that I'd rather play. As a huge Batman fan, I feel guilty even thinking that.

I know, I feel horrible about it! I was soooo ridiculously excited for the game, bought the ridiculously expensive collectors edition, proceeded to download all the DLC's, squealed my heart out about it & I just... don't want to play it. And I love sandbox games, so one would assume that I'd love City! But now it just sits on my shelf while I play other games.

I feel guilty too =(

I've platinumed (edit to say sorry I mean 100%-ed in case you don't have PS3 and then that might not make sense) the game but I definitely agree that I preferred Asylum. And I really don't know why either. The best I can think of is I had the game really hyped up in my mind (especially with the inclusion of Catwoman who, my annoyance with them leaving her unzipped the whole game aside, is my favourite forever and ever) and it didn't quite deliver on my expectations, especially where Catwoman was concerned.

It was fun, but the plot was PASTED ON, YAY! Asylum had a sense of urgency, and it made sense, plotwise...Unlike devoting 1/2 of a city to housing criminals, because dude, wtf? Seriously, I wish they'd re-told Cataclysm instead of making up the whole plot for Arkham City. Just as many villains, 3X the drama.

The villain fights in Asylum were A LOT better. And Talia...I wanted to like her so bad, but she was so...weak. As a character.

I did absolutely everything a person could do in Asylum, maxed my game out, and all without checking online walk-throughs once, because I was having so much fun figuring it out. But I pretty much quit City after I finished the main plot, and used a bunch of walk-throughs because I just wanted to see the Joker cut scenes.
