Yes! I freaking love her. She's definitely one of my favorites from the show. :D

By the end of the second series I loved everyone on Downton and wanted them all be happy. I'm hoping for many, many happy years of Upstairs/Downstairs drama to come. Also I hope it goes so long the next batch of heirs gets wiped out on the R101! ;)

Mary's alright but have to say, I thought that it was general consensus that Branson was a massive creeper.

How could anyone NOT love this woman? I love her for her perfect composure alone. Her confidence, her strength, her quiet, hidden vulnerability. Mary is wonderful. Haters are just jealous. ;)

Really, if Mary didn't have her flaws, they'd just complain she was too perfect. I think she's pretty cool.

B!S: Agreed, glad to know I'm not the only one who gets the skeeves from Branson. He improved a bit in the last episode, but I won't forget the way he belittled Sybil's work.

I like her a lot, especially after the second series (I'm on the finale right now so yeah, that could change), but I'm a Bates girl through and through personally.

I love Mary! And I hate Branson as well, he's so creepy. "Hey I'm in love you with you and I don't know if you even have feelings for me but I'm SURE you do and you just need time to realize it and once you do, you need to abandon your home and your family and everything you love and run away with me, okay?"

Not gonna lie, at first I thought she was a massive bitch.

But she's developed as a character. Now I really like her because she's a conflicted woman dealing with a changing world and she just keeps getting better as a person. I just wish the will they/won't they stuff wasn't so dragged out but then again there wouldn't be a show otherwise!

She is 100%, no question, THE BEST!

eh. sometimes she is such a bitch that I want to extend my hand through the screen and slap her gorgeous face, but I actually prefer it this way. it'd be equally annoying if she was perfect.
