Also, the magic words in getting your doctor to perform any blood test that actually exists are: "if you're so convinced I don't have (x), let's just do the test and rule it out."

If you get a negative on the gluten antibody test, or you get gluten antibodies but your endoscopy doesn't confirm celiac, try a gluten-free diet anyway. The reason to get the tests FIRST is that celiac disease can only be diagnosed if you're still eating gluten. But non-celiac gluten sensitivity is also a Thing, and there are two ways to test for that--get an expensive genetic test that's really really expensive (and isn't covered by insurance) or just stop eating gluten and see if you feel better, and if you do, don't start eating it again.
