Oh, come on, I doubt it has anything to do with her being American as opposed to her being foreign, as a million other people have said. Or what, all of us non-Americans who get as much shit in some places don't exist?

As a million other people have said (the ones who actually have been abroad) there are some unpleasant stereotypes surrounding specifically American women.

AMERICANS ARE, BY THEIR VERY NATURE, STEREOTYPE-PROOF.

(Except when it comes to bashing them. Then, Americans may all be painted with the same small brush.)
