Actually, they finish way more often than they don't.

The only titles they haven't finish was this, X, Clover and reportedly The Legend of Chun Hyang (the last one is a rumor though but I am going to count it anyway). And it wasn't because they dropped it out of lack of interest.

That is 4 out of 22 titles. Seriously, this is a meme that really got out of hand that people actually believe it's the truth now.
