idk if it's the right one, but my sister's band fits the description. Small, steampunk band, based in Oxford; they're called the Mechanisms" (http://themechanisms.wordpress.com/) and I have serious suspicions about who the maker of this secret is. (It's not me)

If I am right then I am probably a horrible person for making it obvious, but whatever.
