I've never heard of "Brittany and the Ship's Closet." Should I check it out or will it just bother me?

Check it out and make up your own mind about it! Just because I don't care for it doesn't mean others might not find it fun :) Basically, it's this girl named Brittany going through TOS pointing out all the slashy scenes and tries to make an argument that Kirk/Spock subtext was intended by Roddenbury. I personally don't care much for the author's intentions and I think she's incredibly naive and bad at reasoning (though I TOTALLY agree with her on the Theodore Sturgeon thing!) But she's entertaining. She's fun. She never, ever bashes Uhura or any other pairing and she's not at all a misogynist (though she does dislike Rand pretty vocally).

She is a pretty vocal "OMG! KS IS MY OTP!!!" fangirl. As a fellow multishipper, I don't mind people NOT being multishippers as long as they don't flame me for it. But she never talks about IX so S/U doesn't really come up.
