l-dopa is dopaminergic and has similar effects to cocaine (l-dopa is a precursor to dopamine and increases its concentration in the brain, cocaine blocks dopamine reuptake so dopamine pools and lasts longer). Parkinson's depletes dopamine in areas of the brain responsible for motor function, and dopamine precursors were the first class of drugs used to treat it, but they have crazy side effects ranging from aggression and anxiety to outright hallucinations.
tl;dr - it can cause increased sexual urges and altered sexual behaviors and I NEED TO SHUT UP ALREADY AGH
