Really? I love it. It's like she's still clearly beautiful, but she's much more psychologically messed up than she used to be, and now that she has nothing, it's showing in her appearance.

I vastly prefer her new look. So there.

Funny, I love her style so much more now - it represents so much the change that has happened in her and also that she doesn't need all that posh, pretend outward-appereance anymore.

The whole dark clothing and messed up hair is so cliche, but she's basically bumming it up in her treehouse (cave treehouse?) now that she's got no maidservants to keep well-groomed and fed.

Is there any domestic fic of Morgana learning how to cook meals out there? I'm sure Morgause taught her camping skills or something, but even she looked less frazzled than Morgana in the wild. I seriously want fluffy images of her figuring out how to properly skin a squirrel, getting past any squicks, earning her callouses, setting up some EVIL feng shui all up in her hermit crib. Gathering berries.

That stuff. Does it exist somewhere, oh god I hope it does.

I stopped watching during S1, but I would read the hell out of that fic. :D

She lives in a hovel in the woods now. She wore all those gorgeous dresses and jewellry because she used to be a princess and that's what they wear. Where would she even get it from now and why would she wear them when they would make her incredibly conspicious?

Yeah, I still have a massive girl crush on her.

She can look however she wants (frankly, I find her incredibly hot either way) but I'd love any character development that makes sense. It seems like Becoming Evil just means Wants To Break Up Arthur/Gwen.

Personally, I think the more evil she becomes, the sexier she gets.

Without Gwen to pretty her up, Morgana became a victim of Morgause's School of Beauty and Fashion. I mean, look at their shared hair and makeup fails - crusty hairsprayed curls (where do medieval people get their hairspray anyways? Is it made from magic?), bad eyeliner, dresses with semi-sheer sleeves that make their arms look like stuffed sausages...

The look is pretty cliche but other than that I think it works really well.

One thing I've never complained about in Merlin is their costuming. I'm totally digging Gwens outfits this season too.

I miss her finery too, but she's STILL as fierce as all hale.

To be honest though, if you were living out in the woods on your own, in a secret hut lair carved out of dirt and the the ground, and you spent your time riding around the land doing machiavellian evil deeds... most of which are done on your own far from the prying eyes of others... would you really be concerned about applying your lippy and mascara, and donning a brightly coloured silk dress?

tbh I glanced at this secret and thought the actress was cosplaying Bellatrix.

Don't watch this show, just wanted to chime in with : I find her more attractive in the second pic. I'unno, maybe s'just me.

I think she's still gorgeous and while I get the whole dark-and-homeless witch get-up, I also miss her colourful dresses :(

I keep seeing people say this and I don't understand it at all- I think she has never looked sexier! I always held the view that Katie was more attractive then Morgana because Morgana was always far too dolled up with so much make up and hair done and everything. I think her new eye make up wild hair is fucking sexy as! *shrugs*
