OH LOL I'M SO STUPID. :P

I've seen those Snape-on-a-plane jokes and one or two movie commercials, but I've never seen the books or movies at all.
I hear it's ridiculously popular everywhere, so I guess anyone would be suspicious.

...Aha, wow. I'm not judging you at all for not having read the books or seen the movies, and it's not that I think everyone is intimately familiar with the series - I just didn't expect to find someone so unfamiliar with it in this area of the internet, etc. I apologize for shouting "troll" like that at you, though. (Generally, when someone calls "troll" like that, they're accusing someone of deliberately trying to provoke wank or angry responses or stir up trouble in general. And as you particularly said you didn't recognize that "boy in glasses" or Snape - whom the outside media is starting to acknowledge has overcome Harry's popularity - it did seem suspicious.)

(Pssst, if you ever do want to read a good story/see some interesting characters, do try the books.)
