I always cheer when I read secrets like this. Accepting your body image is good but working on getting healthy and in shape is an amazing decision that could add years to one's life. I made that resolution last year and it paid off. I'm happier than ever because I feel so much healthier and stronger and can wear the clothes I want without any struggle. It was hard work but so much worth it. Besides, if you go about it in fun, non obsessive ways, before you know it you reach your goal and just have to maintain it. I wish you the best of luck and hope you get the same awesome results I did.
