Living under a rock. He and his wife got so much shit when they were on The Hills, and it continued even after that show ended (mostly because he was a skeezy douchebag and she was 85% silicone)

Spencer Pratt was a cast member of The Hills. He is married to Heidi Montag (stupid combo name Speidi!) and they are fame-whores to the nth degree. They haven't really been in the tabloid/news/ect. for a long time because everyone got sick of them. I like one network even put a ban on them being mentioned on any show.

So really Spencer and Heidi got as much shit as the Kardashians or Paris Hilton, but they were a shorter lived annoyance.

I watch a lot of The Soup...
