What's gross about it? Would it be better if it were a romance novel or an xxx movie? It's just fantasies, written out with particular people playing particular roles. Easier to imagine with their pictures all over, but no different than the 'letters' in Penthouse.

Don't hate yourself for enjoying kinks - it's just sex.

Hey, I do that and I'm not in the fandom either! The spn fandom just has some really good fics and writers (and not just for kink, I often browse there for fic generally if I'm out of stuff to read in my other fandoms).

I also don't think there's anything wrong with getting off on even really extreme kinks, especially if it's just fantasy. Nobody got hurt irl. Fantasies are often very different to what you'd actually do in real life. Just enjoy yourself, OP :)

I actually feel exactly the same way, OP - though I am in the fandom, but this was one thing that attracted me to it :/

But, I tell myself there's no harm in just getting off to it. *shrugs* It works some of the time; at least you know you're not alone!

SPN has the best kink meme. There was never a fandom that would write kink with such abandon and freedom. You can find every possible kink there and precicely because it's so massive the chance of finding your particular kink is that much bigger. That's why so many can get off on this community. The sheer number of stories and the no hold bars on the imagination that goes into them makes it possible. Don't feel ashamed OP. Think about how many people are doing it. They can't all be dirty and sick. It's a natural part of a healthy psyche to have kinks and fantasies.
