Tamriel is one of the most horrifying and depressing game lands that I've played in. Like, the world's whole creation was a canonically a terrible mistake that got the original creator killed for the idea. (I think.)

Also the wood elves are cannibals. Wtf.

Seriously. It literally is like medieval Europe only worse because gods and demons are fucking real and they'll fuck you up if you mess with them. Anyone can casually murder you and hardly anyone would care. And most of the elves are dicks.

We've all wished to be part of some fantasy world or another at some point. Just make sure you wish to be the main character of that world, and not some mook in a dungeon.

I didn't see him until he landed right in front of me. I was just grappling with my sword when he started speaking. xD

At least you didn't creep along with your bow drawn. I did that once creeping up on a Forsworn camp(off topic, do they have heat vision or something? They ALWAYS detect me at 100 sneak with all the perks!), and a damn courier suddenly engaged me in conversation. Instant I exit the dialogue, my arrow is in the poor dude's chest and all the Forsworn know where I am. Briarheart two-shots me, rage, reload.
