(Anonymous) 2012-01-11 05:25 am (UTC)(link)Ahaha, no, I didn't think you were bashing it or whatever, so don't worry about that. :) I just happened to rec something to someone the other day only to have a bunch of people dogpile it as being overrated nonsense without giving any hint as to the sort of thing they seemed to think was good. It made me question my taste in fic a bit.
I'm pretty sure I've read "The Winter of Banked Fires" and liked that one, but I haven't heard of the other two. I'll have to check them out. Thanks. :)
