8. I know the feeling, in a way. I do. But fandom friends, I have learned, can be just as fickle as RL ones, and fandom famillies can fall apart quicker than real life ones. And online romances? Have the same potential of survival.

It's great to have fandom friends, don't get me wrong - God knows most of my dearest friends are people I met through fandom. And some of them are now more like sisters. But real life still maters.

21. Rockett! I used to love those games, and I was so sure I was the only one who actually played them.

... wait, that is Dana St. Clair from the Rockett games, right? Or is my inner geeky child taking over and embarassing me all over again?
