I'm fat and ugly, and my husband, my boyfriend, my fuckbuddy, and my maybe-almost-sorta-not-quite-girlfriend are all quite supportive of my anime-watching. Then again, two of those are far more into it than I am.

The anon above me got it in one, although I kind of want to point out that the fuckbuddy isn't particularly into anime (he sort of enjoyed Evangelion but hasn't sat still for anything else the rest of us have tried to show him).
