No, nothing to do with slut shaming. I simply feel uncomfortable when shows shove breasts and asses in my face with a wink-wink nudge-nudge, convinced they are turning me on when they are not. All it makes me think is "this is not for me."

Except the breasts and asses aren't in your face in Noir. There's a difference between women who happen to be wearing short skirts and actual jiggle TV, but go on, keep telling yourself you're not being a sexist shit.
