To be honest these are the first secxrets I've ever seen about this series that make me want to watch the show because I have a huge incest kink and these two look totally shippable. Is it actually a thing where they interact together a lot/have lots of fanservice moments, or is this like some random dream or memory or rarely together/whatever so they don't have much screen time together? I gotta know just how actually shippable they are before investing time into it, cuz I was so disappointed with other shows.

Lelouch loves Nunally and she is his only motivation to change the world. And, oh, another of his sisters (half-sister, IIRC) was his first love.

if you have a huge incest kink, anon, code geass is totally right for you. holy damn the way a lot of the britannias act toward each other... i came out of this show with more incest ships than i've ever had in anything ever

The scene in the secret is actually a promotional picture. Nunnally is blind and confined to a wheelchair during the actual series, but Lelouch is very devoted to her and she in turn is quite dependent on him, but the nature of the series is such that we don't get to see a lot of their day to day happy brother-sister interaction. There's a bunch at the beginning and then it kind of all goes to shit. But if the dependent/devoted thing is the sort of thing that gets your incest wheels turning then yeah, this is the series for you.

Not to mention the potential for several other incest pairings...

The Emperor of Britannia has I don't even know how many children by his 108 wives. Several of them figure rather prominently in the storyline of Code Geass.

Of note:

Lelouch's "You were my first love" line to his half-sister Euphemia - also, a scene with her wearing his cloak and nothing else.

Cornelia and Euphemia's very close relationship, and in the same vein Lelouch and Nunnally's very close relationship.

Schneizel's flirting with his half-sister Cornelia and her flustered reaction.

The weird bondage vibe of a certain scene between Lelouch and Cornelia, his older half sister.

Clovis's devotion toward his half-brother Lelouch (revealed mostly in flashbacks in side materials)

Nunnally and Euphemia talking about how when they were little they used to fight over who would marry Lelouch.

Schneizel's creeper vibes toward his half-brother Lelouch.

Lelouch's obsession with his dead mother.

The fact that Suzaku was at one point engaged to his cousin Kaguya.

There's probably even some potential for Schneizel/Euphemia in there.

Nunnally and Euphemia talking about how when they were little they used to fight over who would marry Lelouch.

Er, hate to burst your bubble, but this is about as common as little girls saying they'll marry their father and little boys saying they'll marry their mom. They don't usually know what that means or implies, and it just means they really, really, really love and look up to the person.

Considering their families? It's not too much of a stretch to say this is what they meant.

Everything else, though, does have the incest ring to it.

So? If anon likes incest they'll likely see incest potential in it, just as they're likely to see incest potential in Lelouch's and Nunnally's close and completely unromantic relationship and Euphemia's and Cornelia's close and completely unromantic relationship. Let's face it, none of the things described (with the possible exception of "you were my first love" and Schneizel's flirting) are any more overtly incestuous in actuality than little kids wanting to marry their siblings without understanding what it means.
