...Except that Lelouch, almost definitely Milly and Nina, and probably Shirley and Rivalz as well, are Britannians. Which, given the nature of the show, could mean many different things, but most likely Caucasian. Kallen is half-Japanese, half-Britannian. Suzaku's the only one who's %100 Japanese as far as I know.

Like, with most other anime, you'd have a point (not a particularly *good* one, but a point nonetheless), but you pick out the one anime with tons of characters that are *explicitly* not Japanese...

Villetta's a pure-blood Britannian and she's definitely not Caucasian.

Well, yeah, "many different things". Britannia had conquered most of the world, but with their powerbase in America and their descent from British royalty, a large portion are going to be Caucasian.
