I'm not an Adventure Time fan, but I've felt that way before about other cartoon characters. :/ Minus the "too Hot Topic in real life" part, since I've always been jealous of IRL people who can pull off certain looks that remind me of my favorite characters...

She has cool clothes, and honestly I don't see how they're "Hot Topic" aside from the color scheme (and the drab color scheme is mostly because she's a vampire, and also because each character has a limited color palette for aesthetic/design purposes)

The second outfit looks way too Hot Topic.
The first... not so much.

I don't see what's wrong with getting jealous of an animated character's clothes. I get jealous of the clothes of characters in webcomics all the time.

Aww, I like her clothes. They're casual and in dark/muted colors, which is what I like anyway. :D And it's cool that she's a vampire that doesn't dress like a fashion plate/rich person/period drama actor.

(There's this one episode where she wears torn jeans, flip-flops, and I think a black and red striped shirt? Anyway, every time I see that episode, I always think that I'd love to wear that outfit, or something like it. Actually, I probably have the stuff to put it together. XD)
