Wasn't there one episode when Brain lets Pinky come up with a plan to rule the world and it actually succeeds?

Then Brain messes it up at the end when he convinces Pinky to do something...

I vaguely remember a PO Box in that episode, but not what it was called.

Oh I wish I could find that ep again! I recall it having something to do with pinky convincing everyone in the world to wear shines pants...

Well he did often foil Brain's plans to take over the world, even if it was inadvertently.

And there were those moments where he'd say really smart things that implied he was-at-some-point/is of genius intellect.

I think that was the grammar joke. There's also the whole fools are really geniuses thing you get from Elizabethan plays. And Geniuses are really crazy, that you get from history.

I think that every time I hear the theme song, honestly. It always seemed to me as if Pinky was just acting how he did on purpose, since he had moments where he was really a lot smarter than Brain.
