As much as shota/lolicon grosses me out too, I think people make a bigger deal out of it than there needs to be. Shota and lolicon is creepy but a lot of people into it actually don't have any sort of attraction towards real life kids. Also male or female, if you run into the worst kind of person with that kink, you're going to want to do a 180 and run the fuck away. I think the only reason you think women are worse is because there's still a general mindset in society that all women must want to nurture and be moms and therefore they'd never ever have a kink like this. That's just not realistic.
