man, you were an asshole. I kind of hope your friends stopped talking to you after you did that (or that you eventually apologized profusely), though I'm glad you've gotten over that kind of behavior

I agree that I hate those kinds of prompts though. No one gives a shit if you have insomnia and want someone to write you a fic where a character also has it because it will make you feel so much better. No one cares if you have a cold and you just need a fic where a character is sick and gets cuddles and soup from another character. I see these prompts all the time on the Sherlock and Young Avenger Kink memes and they always make me roll my eyes. Especially when the prompt is preceded by like a whole paragraph of a whiny story. At least take that shit to the discussion post
