Thank you for being so concerned, and for your suggestions. And you're right, that's another thing that flew over my head-- I am indeed identifying with John. And he went to therapy, and it was okay for him to do so.

Once it's okay for me to talk about it, I might do this. Hopefully by then it will be an option.
