(Anonymous) 2012-01-24 05:50 pm (UTC)(link)For the longest time, I hated the idea of lusting on the ladies because I felt that was objectification and that made me a misogynist and I just want to love the ladies (this is coming from a woman who used to lull herself to sleep as a child thinking about Victoria Secret models, keep in mind).
But then, I realized objectification of another in our heads, or looking at lesbian porn for women by women (Juicy Pink Box, anyone?), does not equate to "OMG HAWTNESS I'm going to motorboat you right now in a public place in front of your children and infringe on your right to go grocery shopping in peace BRRRrrrBRrrr." You can STILL lust after somebody, and not infringe on their rights or their intellect.
