If I knew, I would tell you and I would do it myself. And honestly it varies from person to person - do you think your mother would be open to leaving your father and taking you with her? Is that emotionally and financially feasible for her?
If you can do it, get out. If you can't, look into other options - Is there anything concrete you can prove to authorities to get them to intervene?
There was a secret a little while ago by a girl who said she was the Misa to her boyfriend's Light/Kira and in the comments there was a link to resources for emotionally abused victims of narcissists and people with antisocial personality disorder. But I can't remember when that was.
