23. Ditto. It always annoyed me in Nodame Cantabile when the characters would try to play the piano, and their fingers wouldn't actually move. D:

That actually happens in almost every anime ever where someone plays the piano, because piano playing is way too complicated for that kind of animation budget. Still annoys me every time, though. (OURAN HIGH SCHOOL HOST CLUB, I'M LOOKING AT YOU.)

Yeah, I figured it was all about money. I'd rather almost have the shows just have a shot where you can't see their hands or something. I remember it happening in Ouran, but in Nodame, they play the piano pretty much every episode. As a piano player, it just irks me. DX

I'm a piano player too, so it also kind of bugs me when characters are super good at an instrument, are very young, and aren't technically supposed to be virtuosos. PLAYING AN INSTRUMENT IS HARDER THAN IT LOOKS. Tamaki's only a few years older than me and I've been playing since I was six, where does he get off being that good. Mfargh.

AHA. AGREED SOOO MUCH. Yeah, I'm close to Tamaki's age and I wouldn't be able to play the stuff he does. But then again, I've only been playing for six years. D: I just wish the people who made the anime would realize that playing an instrument isn't just something that one can pick up suddenly.

I KNOW BUT IT DOES MEAN YOU GET BETTER INSTRUCTORS AND A LOT MORE FREE TIME. (I gave up on lessons because of schoolwork, but I still play at least...)
