If it's because you want to explore the perspective and/or write a parody though? That's a whole different matter, particularly if it's done well and not just bashing being posted under the title of 'parody'.
That said, what is even the point of hate fic? It just seems...pointless to focus on a ship you hate, even to bash it, when you could be focusing on one you love.
