I don't have a guro thing AT ALL, but I've always found Kenny's deaths pretty thrilling because like, he gets to die and come back. That's SO cool. Yeah it must hurt a lot, but the thrill of having totally fatal things happen to you and then coming back must be so cool, with the shock and adrenaline and stuff...

It's always fun to trace the origins of your kinks back to relatively innocuous things you saw in childhood! I love guro too but strangely I never had much interest in Kenny's deaths, even though I was all about the violence in other media and Kenny was my favorite character. I guess maybe the extremely cartoony look of the animation didn't do it for me, I like more detail in my gore.
