Cisgender wasn't meant to identify individuals in the first place. It's a term that refers to a group of people in sociological discourse to describe sociological phenomenons of privilege. Outside of sociology, it has poorly defined meaning coined by armchair SJ fighters that didn't do their research; it isn't suppported, or used in, by psychological or biological research. Gender, psychologically, isn't even defined by the binary of male-female anymore.
