Why do you assume that people in costumes would be disruptive at a park? People can go places in costume and be completely normal. I go to conventions and Renaissance Festivals in costume and I don't engage in 'disruptive' behavior. Of course, there will always be people who take it too far but, hell, people can be disruptive at Disneyland without being in costume. I've seen teenagers act stupid at amusement parks and not be in costume.

You're placing an unfair and extreme stereotype on people in costumes, one that only applies to the smallest percentage of the cosplaying population.
