The one shot of a nursery we see suggests that robots do all the caretaking - not too big a leap to think that they're test tube babies grown in artificial wombs.

Besides, the "adults" are so clearly depicted as essentially children themselves that I doubt sex as we think of it would even occur to them (and it's not something BnL can sell to them, either).

Just because they're fat and lazy doesn't mean they don't have sex drives.

Maybe there are robots that jerk them off, stroke their clits or lift up two people so that they can have sex together.

This. I'm not sure about the sex part, but about the test tube babies part, especially considering that the only two people that really cared about the babies were the two humans (forgot their names) that discovered the world outside their hover chairs, nobody else seemed emotionally attached enough to try to rescue them.
