This, basically, is what I came to say.

Just wanted to add that when Misa said she would do anything for Light, it was clearly coming from a place of obsession. Misa will basically be his lapdog, knowing that he's never going to get better, knowing that he's doing awful things. She will watch him burn the world down, but she doesn't care so long as she gets to spend the rest of her incredibly short life next to him. She's basically enabling him to kill people and completely devaluing herself in order to do so.

Molly isn't enabling Sherlock; she's trying to help him. She helps him even without necessarily realizing it, like when she tells him that the way he treats her is wrong. Because she values herself and her feelings enough to stand up to him even though it's clearly terrifying for her to do so. Sherlock needed to hear it, and it actually had an impact on the way he treated her, which I admit, I didn't see coming.

Yes, Molly will help, knowing he won't love her, but Molly has the opportunity to move on from Sherlock. She has a life outside of him. She accomplished things prior to meeting him and will continue to do so. I also think she'll eventually be able to move on from her feelings. Misa doesn't allow herself that opportunity because if I'm remembering correctly, she cut her life in half twice for Light, meaning she at most has maybe 25 years to live.

Misa has no boundaries. Misa has nothing outside of Light. Molly does.

Put it this way if none of that made sense. Misa was instrumental in finally helping Light kill L, Light's nemesis. If Sherlock had asked Molly to help him kill Moriarty, she would not have done it. And Molly actually has a personal motive to go after Moriarty; he humiliated her and lied to her and used her to get to Sherlock. Molly has boundaries Misa doesn't have.

"Enabling", nothing; in many cases, she'll actually kill people FOR him.

Kind of off-topic but I always thought Misa would have had a little more time. She got the left over years from the first Death God who killed her would-be murderer, thus killing her out of love/affection/deliberately/a motive you catch my drift. This has been stated to transfer the years collected by the Death God to the person he loved, in this case Misa.

And Rem pretty much did the same thing again, killing L and Watari for Misa, causing her own death. So Misa, who has cut her lifespan twice to get the Eyes, gets Rems left over years as well. That could have been any number, so we don't know how much time she would have left after all.

...If I remember correctly, my DN memory is a little rusty.
