24. While I agree with this in a 'within fandom' kinda way, I think the societal atmosphere makes me understand where the attitude comes from in a larger sense. It's not that women in society are stigmatized for looking at teh pr0n, It's that objectifications of men for the sake of women are simply not as common or as visible as objectifications of women for the sake of men. Advertising is the easiest way to see this. I'm not saying stigmatization of anyone is OK, I'm just saying that the situation isn't equal outside of fandom, either. I'm agreeing it should be equal both places, but we need to keep the perspective that it's not, yet.
