no they aren't. romantic attraction and sexual attraction are two entirely different things. calling yourself a bisexual leads people to rightfully believe you're sexually attracted to both men and women, and in the op's case, this doesn't appear to be true. if you're heteroromantic, you find yourself romantically attracted to the opposite gender; if you're homosexual alongside that, you find yourself sexually attracted to the same gender. if you fall in love with one gender but only like to fuck the other, you aren't bisexual.
