I find that Tosh has a way of saying those things in a way that the joke is about how stupid the misogynistic, racist, and homophobic shit he says is, and not the shit itself.

Oh, I'd like to think so, too. There are some times on his show where he gives the camera *this look* after he's said something outlandish, like he knows what he's said is too ridiculous to be taken seriously. :D

I watched his show for a bit (before I realized how completely dumb that concept was) and even with all the horrible jokes he'd make, I couldn't help finding him kind of... cute? I feel guilt to this day, and yet... I would totally still tap that.

That is assuming he's not gay. My mom thinks he might be gay. He did make a lot of jokes on the show suggesting it, I'm not entirely convinced though.
