One of my English classes actually used Star Wars to teach the Hero's Journey. 8D

My teacher used "The Odyssey" for the Hero's Journey, so, not as much fun. ^^;

We watched Return of the Jedi once in a High School English class after reading the Ramayana. Bit of a stretch, probably, but that teacher was pretty awesome like that.
