I didn't see it, but I have a friend who actually, unironically liked Good Luck Chuck. Then I saw Film Brain review it on Bad Movie Beatdown. Now I no longer trust my friend's taste in, well, anything.

I don't blame you. I don't know anyone like that personally but if I did I'd never trust their taste in anything either. I felt bad for ever finding Dane Cook even half funny after that god-awful, self-indulgent, misogynist and overall terrible piece of crap.

GLC is by far the most disgusting attempt at a rom-com I've ever seen, not to mention it'd probably be in my Top 20 Most Hated Movies list that I've seen in the last decade. I want to find whoever wrote that boil on the butt of humanity and smack the shit out of them, very unironically.

Fortunately I know this person well enough to know they don't think that's really how women think or how romance works, so at least there's that. But I don't feel bad any more that they hate a couple of my favorite movies. I think their taste just sucks rocks.
